MisleadingThis company falsely advertises their shipping dates. I made an order based on the product shipping within a few days of the order so it would be here in time for a birthday. After that date came and went with no communication from the company I reached out and was informed that it wouldn't ship for several more weeks. When I canceled the order due to not receiving it on time as advertised they charged me a cancelation fee. Wouldn't recommend working with a deceitful ( and I guess financially struggling) company like this.

Beware of being ripped offThey wanted to charge a 15% restocking fee on canceling an order 1 hour after o ordered it because I made a mistake and delivery 1 1/2 to 2 months out when they say ship in 1 to 2 days. Total rip off

Besaré of this company on ripping you offI have bought many chairs from them. The yesterday I ordered a chair and then realized I did not need this one. They say when you order the chair it will be shipped in 1 to 2 days. The delivery came back 1 and a half months to 2 months. I tried to cancel within an hour and they said it’s somewhere in their writing that they have to charge a restocking fee on a product they have not even produced. This company is bull s—t. Losers. Buy from polywood same product less money and won’t try to screw you if you make a mistake. I’ll never buy from them again.
